I subscribed to Sirius in my car and listened to their 1950s section. It was horrible. I grew up in the Fifties. There were many great tunes and ballads. I recognized very little of what was on Sirius. No Belafonte , Gogi Grant, Bobby Darin, Johnny Mathis, Paul Anka. If played they were rare. The entire sound experience with this LG model has been less than stellar. Frequent needs to reset AV/Settings, plus it feels like some options are being lost after an extended power off. However, what I find most frustrating is the sync issues with my receiver. I searched the internet and found quite a few references to LG/OLED/SYNC. Just got this amp, specifically because having checked this years 'Best Buys' (Sony STR-DN1080, Denon AVR-X2500 etc) and similar receivers, this one can accept Zone 2 speakers and can apparently output all input sources, including HDMI to zone 2. When i run the network connection test it passes the first 3 tests but fails the last one - Internet service test. I have tried the following... Updated the players firmware via usb method. Hi All, i have a kef htb2se and it’s just made a booming sound that made us all jump. It was during a tv broadcast with music but hardly any bass. It’s certainly been louder on many many occasions. There is now no output from the sub at normal volumes (the lights are all on). If I go into the Audessey speaker setup and manually boost the bass it can be heard and doesn’t sound distorted. Bought an LG OLED65B7A less than 2 years ago. I am a retired person who simply watches television....the normal way I always have. Good evening all I installed the wharfedale DX2 5.1 system today powered by a Denon 2600h. While it sounds decent the sub is barely noticeable and i have to turn it to max to even know its on. I connected a single RCA to the subwoofer output 1 on the amp and top input of the 2 on the sub. I didnt touch any other switches on the back of the sub. I wonder if it just needs running in... I have Panasonic plasma TV 42PZ800, it blinks 7 times. Searching around I got the tip that Y-SUS and buffer boards could be defect. A lot of people recommend replacing all of those 3 boards. I ordered new boards and replaced them but it didn't solve the problem. I noticed that we I disconnect power cable of the Y-SUS board I get the same error, but when I disconnect the signal thin strip cable the 7 blinks go away and i get the fans spinning.
