Advice needed on cabling setup with projector

I'm currently thinking of getting a 4K TV with built-in Freeview tuner to replace my current HD TV with Youview box. Excuse the messy diagram but I hope you can understand my current setup from the diagram I've thrown together below.

The challenge for me primarily comes because the projector is at the back of the room and has a HDMI cable running above the ceiling to it. But if I replace the Youview box with a TV with built-in tuner, I can't seem to get...
