how accurate is aim using controllers ?

I am interested how accurate is aim using controllers. For example with valve index hardware. I saw video and it looks good, but would you be able play on high difficulty without a much of handicap fps games ? How good is aim on that compared to a mouse ?

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
