A European Council summit to choose a new European Commission president and other top posts was delayed and then paused late on Sunday, after leaders were unable to reach a compromise. The impasse is centered on the nominee to succeed outgoing Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker, which requires the approval of 21 of the 28 EU leaders, representing 65 percent of the bloc's population. Once EU leaders nominate candidates, these must be approved by the European Parliament. EU Council President Donald Tusk, who was leading the talks on Sunday, put the summit on hold to spend more time negotiating the candidacy with individual EU leaders. He said that the talks will continue at breakfast on Monday. Second anniversary of implementation of historic tax reform of Goods & Services Tax as 1st July is celebrated as the "GST DAY". Kicking off celebrations, the finance ministry will on Monday come up with further reforms in the indirect tax system with introduction of new return system, rationalisation of cash ledger system and a single refund-disbursing mechanism, among others. Found an old fire screen whilst clearing out a neighbours shed something similar to the image below and thought this would be an ideal support for the sunflowers I am growing when affixed to the large planter. Hi, Just wondering if anyone can help me. We have had Virgin Media for many years. Recently went up to there 500mbps package as it was only a pound more than what we where paying anyhow for 350. I have noticed though. The PC which the Superhub 3 and TP Link Router is sitting right next to gets the full 500mbps speed (according to speedtest) this is connected via cable. My other PC which is in the same room but on the other side is also connected via a wire (15ft wire) but only get about... I have a 150" motorized screen in my family room that is having trouble going all the way back up when I press the up button. It will raise but stop about an inch from the top... then if I lower it again and raise it again it stops 2 inches from the top... the 3 inches and so forth. And YES, I have pressed the up button and manually raised it with the travel tool flush to the housing... but it seems like it isn't retaining the memory because as soon as I lower it again and raise it it keep... Hey gang, Poll above! I'm trying to gather some visibility on how widespread the connection issues are with the new Samsung HW-Q90R Soundbar. The issue is that when the soundbar is turned off for some time (overnight) it will lose it's connection with it's Subwoofer and it's two Rear Surround speakers. Hi folks I recently got myself one of the new Panasonic HC-VFX1 4K camcorders. It works great, but I've run into a perplexing issue. I went for a walk and spotted an interesting bunch of thistles in the grass. I thought that they would make an interesting video clip, so I zoomed in the camera at a couple of the plants. However the camera insisted on focussing on the plants in the background, leaving the plant in the centre of the image blurry. I had to zoom back out fully before it... Long story short: my PS4 is interfering with my receiver remote control. I thought my receiver was on the fritz when both the original remote and the my Harmony remote wouldn't change volume or enter menu options. I just figured out when I turn off the PS4 everything works normally. I tried moving the PS4 as far as possible from the receiver in my entertainment center but that didn't fix anything.
