Panasonic DMR – BS 750 Blu-ray recorder with FREEVIEW

Does anyone here have experience with this model? I know it was originally meant for the British market but when the voltage converting device can be used in the North American market. My question is, am I able to record directly off high definition satellite onto a Blu-ray disc with this unit

I purchased a JVC HD – SR 1500 US Blu-ray recorder on eBay but I have yet been able to figure out whether I can record onto Blu-ray directly from high definition TV. From what I know of the Panasonic...
