I got in my car one morning and noticed my shifter was loose. It's not going in reverse so I popped the hood (bonnet to you) and saw this:

I'm missing a grommet so I called the auto parts and they told me $30 for one. WTH! $30 for a piece of rubber/plastic ??

No way Jose, I'll figure this out myself!

I took it apart, see the hole and got an idea how I can fix this. :thumbsup:...

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
