iPhone 11 Pro - 64gb - Midnight Green - PRICE REDUCED

Hi there, I have my iPhone 11 Pro 64gb in Midnight Green up for sale due to an upgrade this week. Phone condition is very good - it's been in a Torras case with a tempered-glass screen protector on since I got it. There are no major scuffs or scratches on the phone, the corners are scratch-free and the screen is the same. In fact, the screen is pretty much perfect. You'll see in the pics there are ever-so slight surface scratches here and there on the frame of the device - these can... Read more from AVForums https://ift.tt/3yNK0Y9

Tools to check hard disk (WD Red)

I have an issue with the SHR Raid on my Synology NAS, I recently added a new WD Red 14TB to the device and since then the RAID performance has been terrible where I get fluctuating write speeds, I have been in touch with Synology to ask if they have any tools beyond what is provided in the NAS to see which disk may be causing the issue. Who has the oldest TV still running?

I have a Panasonic TH42PX80B since 2008 it has been on nearly every day and is still going. Just made me think do we know who has the oldest TV still running on the forums? I know a lot will have newer sets but some will have secondary or even more TV's in the house. Still love the picture and although it has suffered some burn it is still a very enjoyable TV especially for the SD broadcasts. Would have kept my CRT TV if it had not broken down but the Panasonic was a great replacement. from AVForums https://ift.tt/3CEFprk

15 Song Album Collection

Thought this might be fun for the forum followers. Pinched from another forum (diyaudio.com) with a thread that runs to over 37,000 posts. Mods please delete if you think this is not appropriate. Yamaha TSR 7850 Dolby ATMOS setup

I just added Sonance MAG6R speakers (mounted in the ceiling about 2' in front of listening area) to use as ATMOS speakers. The rest of the speakers are Speakercraft AIM, main L &R speakers in the wall, center and surrounds (which are ceiling mounted with surrounds about 2' behind listening area and center directly above the TV and are about 8 years old and still sound good (to me). Post Office workers convictions scandal

I couldn't see a thread for this huge miscarriage of justice. So happy that the postmasters have won, even though some are no longer with us to see the victory. This level of cover up is unbelievable for a public sector organisation. There seems to have been ridiculous blind faith in Fujitsu's Horizon software even after auditors reported serous problems to senior management years ago. There must have been multiple problems with internal governance (and truth telling) and external scrutiny... Read more from AVForums https://ift.tt/3dH5UDc

Still not getting that chest slam that I was after

Hello, I'm really sad to say but I am still not getting that chest slam that I was after even with two SVS PB-3000s I know I mentioned in the past that I achieved it but I think it was more that I convinced myself that I did it since I've been wanting it for so long. So the two SVS PB-3000 are awesome they provide great punchy bass and LFE effects are awesome when watching movies BUT I just feel their cones are not big enough to pressurise the room to give a chest slam. Does Prime Video feed Atmos audio with 1080p stream too? Because they sell a Fire TV w/Atmos support but no UHD.

I suspect the Dolby Atmos audio stream is only fed through the UHD video stream for Prime Video content. If so, Amazon advertises ATMOS support on Fire TV but their own content don't provide it. (I know DA is "available on select titles") from AVForums https://ift.tt/3lC5amD

Audio Delay with LG CX?

I just got a 65" LG CX. I have noticed that there is a slight audio delay when outputting to my Nakamichi 9.2.4 soundbar. It is especially bad when playing video games on my Xbox One X. I can fix this by connecting through my soundbar as a receiver instead of the TV, but then I lose my Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency which isn't ideal. I have tried fiddling with the audio sync adjustments and that just makes the delay worse. Has anyone had similar problems with their LG OLED... Read more from AVForums https://ift.tt/3e8uxXH

Cases and deaths

Cases look to have levelled off which I guess was expected with schools opening and the mass testing. One school in Birmingham has closed due to an outbreak. Deaths are falling like a brick. Every death is sad and today there were 17. The rate of drop is much faster than it was last year. Hello chaps, this is my 3rd time building diy subs after building two pairs of cylinder subwoofers. I wanted to change things up and build some much smaller sealed boxes instead of the behemoths I had before, partly because I wanted to free up some space in my room, but mainly because I wanted the freedom to move them around the room to get the best response from them. Lip Sync Issues

Hi Have had lip sync issues for three years now. (Sound behind video) Have tried tech' support with Sky several times, box settings, firmware, engineer visits but nothing fixes it.
