I couldn't see a thread for this huge miscarriage of justice. So happy that the postmasters have won, even though some are no longer with us to see the victory. This level of cover up is unbelievable for a public sector organisation. There seems to have been ridiculous blind faith in Fujitsu's Horizon software even after auditors reported serous problems to senior management years ago. There must have been multiple problems with internal governance (and truth telling) and external scrutiny...
