Ethernet cable only able to get 100mbps?

Hi

Need a little help, please!

Recently upgraded my broadband (Virgin media) and should be getting speeds of 200mbps but I can only get about a 100mbps via a category 5e Ethernet cable. On my phone and tablet I can get 200+

The cable says 'U/UTP Network 5E stranded patch cable 26AWG x 4P' on it and is 30m long




Do I need a better cable or is there something I'm missing?

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
