Calibration tools and software discussion.

I recently bought a used Klein K10A in Canada, and as that happened and i started to surf around to find a spectro, which i did not find inside my current budget, i stumbled across quite a few old Xrite Hubble/ Cencore OTC1000, and wondered if anyone here have experience with those, there is very little user experience to find online. They sell for around 100£ often with a old Sencore pattern generator. Im aware they are old and might not calibrate very well, just wonder if its actually a... Strange problem

Hi, I have 1 aerial on roof which runs 3 tvs. Recently the TV in my living room has issues with Quest hd, and certain other channels. The picture breaks up and squeaks as if the reception is poor. The odd thing is,the other 2 tvs (bedroom and kitchen) these channels are perfect. I have tried swapping the tvs around and the issue still remains in the living room. Scenes/Movies That Sound Good Upmixed To Atmos or DTS:X

I thought I'd start this thread to keep the dedicated Atmos/DTS:X threads clean. I've been experimenting with upmixing some good sounding Blu-rays. Some sound good and some sound not so good. 40 - 43"

I'm wanting to replace my 2012 Samsung ue40d7000 with a TV that has the latest technology for improved picture quality. From reading advice given by this forum, I now understand that I will never find an outstanding TV at 40 - 43" compared to the larger 50" plus models. Unfortunately 43" is the max size I can have for the space the TV will inhabit. Anyway, I would like to know if the majority of 43" TV's now on the market will out-perform my current Samsung 40d7000 ? My TV viewing needs... 40 - 43" from AVForums https://ift.tt/36mX8qw

Subwoofer advice

Hi, I'm looking for the advise on the subwoofer, I moved house over a year ago and my room where I watch movies is now much bigger then the old one and I think the sub I had on the old house is lacking some power, I need to disable the room EQ and on the back raise the power without using LFE settings to max, set the front speaker to Large and use double bass option, but I think the bass is a bit boomy on those settings. LG CX - painful stuttering in Game mode

So my Sonos Arc arrived today and iam not impressed! I do however suspect that perhaps my set up is the problem?? I will try to give you guys as much detail as possible. For a start i have it wall mounted underneath my TV. TV Choice Guidance appreciated

Hi I posted just over a year ago for some guidance on buying some low end 55inch TVs. It was really helpful at the time. However, when I came to purchase i went against some of the guidance a bit. How to get rid of Mini TV function on LG TV?

G'day, I have a 43" LG Smart TV and all was good until my Foxtel Now box did an automatic upgrade and I cannot even use the Kayo Sports app on it as it keeps telling me that the installed version is not compatible. So, I had to used the browser on the TV to watch Kayo Sports on it, only there is the dreaded black rectangle in the lower right of the screen. I can get these 55" TVs for the same price around €700 in my country. TV is a Christmas gift for my elderly mum who doesn't have youngest eyes anymore. Therefore I've narrowed down the choice to these models for their good SDR brightness. Apart from the news she only watches TV shows and reality shows. The room is bright during the day because of a large window. In the evenings one of the lights is always on; she never watches the TV in a dark room. She sits directly in front of the TV...
