Underwhelmed by Sonos Arc

So my Sonos Arc arrived today and iam not impressed! I do however suspect that perhaps my set up is the problem??

I will try to give you guys as much detail as possible. For a start i have it wall mounted underneath my TV. The distance between the bottom of the TV and the Arc is 3.5 inches (not the recommended 4") however my TV is at a slight tilt which helps tuck the end of the TV in as close to the wall as possible and it appears that the sound bar has enough clearance for the top firing...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
