Is it REALLY worth more than double the price...?

I am looking at 2 43" Panasonic TVs -

TX-43HX580B
&
TX-43HX940B -

The only obvious difference I can see in the description & specs is with the 'processor', the '580' says "... 4K Studio Colour Engine" whilst the '940' says "... HCX Pro Intelligent Processor". Both are 43" and '4K', so my question is, is the difference in processor REALLY WORTH more than double the price???

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
