i have a Sony rcd w100 basically the left side the player using commercial CDs I can play two straight through no problem, on the third or forth cd half way through a random track it goes straight from that one to the middle of another one. Turning the player off for a few minutes and turning it back on it’s plays the cd all the way through and the next then does a random skip again. We are thinking of leaving Sky Q, and I was interested in BT TV. We are already a BT Broadband customer. On the free YouView box they gave us I can see the extra UKTV style channels as well etc.. So I have a Sony 75-X940E TV ( 4K HDR ), a Crestron Surround AMP ( 4K SDR supporting Atmos ) and an Atlona Video switcher ( 4K SDR supporting Atmos ). Since I'm playing netflix and streaming directly from the TV, how can I output the sound of the TV ( Dolby Atmos ) to the receiver ? I read that neither HDMI ARC nor optical out can do that.
