I have replaced a Sony X800 with the CXUHD & yes it was worth it. Dont get me wrong the Sony is a great little player & ridiculous value for money now a few software bugs have been sorted.
The CXUHD is definitely a step up both in picture & sound, Its a stripped universal disc transport, no apps to worry about & thank goodness Cambridge Audio appear to have taken the time to clear any software bugs before bringing it to market.
