Dolby Atmos from TV to AVR

So I have a Sony 75-X940E TV ( 4K HDR ), a Crestron Surround AMP ( 4K SDR supporting Atmos ) and an Atlona Video switcher ( 4K SDR supporting Atmos ).

Since I'm playing netflix and streaming directly from the TV, how can I output the sound of the TV ( Dolby Atmos ) to the receiver ? I read that neither HDMI ARC nor optical out can do that.

Connecting an android box to the video switcher or AVR won't help since I'll be getting SDR 4K only.

Buying a new AVR is not an option at the moment.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
