Squeezed OLED on top right of screen. Test for defects.

When setting up my Sony A80J I lifted the bottom with my hands while squeezing the top right of the screen with my other hand. (Not excessively but firm). I did some pixel tests and everything looked fine. Should I be worried for future defects or would I see a defect immediately? If so, can I test it in some way?
