Richer Sounds LGb7 warranty claim issues

Seeking some advice.

Purchased a OLED55B7 from richer sounds back in March 2018. Submitted a warranty claim over the weekend stating the screen had some serious issues with colour, particularly displaying yellows. There’s a radial green centre to yellow edges now being displayed, see attached images (Same as sent to RS).

Ive just had a call back from the repair team at RS telling me that I had to take this up with LG directly as they deemed it to be burn in, and therefor not covered...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
