Can't pause or record BBC HD on Sky+HD box

Some time ago, on my Sky guide, channel 102 became BBC2 HD and channel 142 became BBC2 Eng. Since then I can't pause or record channel 102 on Sky+ HD box (but can pause/record channel 142).

On advice from Sky customer services have tried planner rebuild, s/w update/reload and they have resent the signals to the viewing card (several times...!) but still same problem. All other channels, both SD and HD, pause and record ok.

Now, one Sky rep has said it's not a Sky problem but the BBC...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
