Has anyone seen their GP lately?

Now that Mrs TG and I are in our 70's, it seems inevitable that we are going to need more healthcare.

For the last 15 years, we have been registered at what has generally been regarded as the best surgery in the area.

Alas, over the past 12 months, the quality of service has declined drastically, such that getting any medical help is virtually impossible.

Their phone is constantly engaged and the only way to communicate is on-line through a system called "Engage Consult".
