Given our as expected shockingly poor performance in the Euros and the departure finally of Hodgson, what does the future hold for the England team?

We seem to be stuck on the same cycle of mediocrity and Managers that are clearly just yes men for the FA. I believe we have enough players with the skill level to compete but for some reason they either don't care or the Managers don't play the right tactics, choose the right...
