£1000 budget for a laptop....help

Hi all.
I have a £1000 budget for a new laptop.

Been looking myself but after so long of comparing you tend to get all confused which are the best.

Ideally something nice and speedy for my daughter to do video editing for university so I assume a good graphic cards appreciate when I say good something within my £1000 budget.

Any suggestions with links would be much appreciated.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
