50PUS7805/12 Stuttering after upgrade, all advanced motion settings no longer present

Hi,

first post on the forum.

I can't believe no longer than 1 month after purchasing this TV, a magically timed firmware update has arrived and removed considerable viewing fidelity. I was happy with many of philips' features turned off. Upon closer inspection some time after first installation I concluded that these features were at best underdeveloped and at worst a downgrade of the viewing quality.
