Weight loss thread

Just thought I'd start a post for all my fellow fatties to compare notes.

A few years back I went on a serious weight loss drive. Went from 260lbs (18.57st) down to 184lbs (13.14st) in under 6 months.

My target was 180lbs. Why I decided just 4lbs short to get lazy, I'll never know. I did always tell myself that I'd relax a little but have limits. Like once I tipped over 190lbs again I'd get back on the wagon. Then once I went over 200 that would be the end of it.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
