Budget GPU around £50

Sold my GPU recently as decided I didn't make the most of it. Then realised the spare card I have only outputs to 1080P but I'm using a 1440P monitor. Ooops :(

So looking for a replacement GPU that has HDMI 1.4

Doesn't need to be overly powerful, as long as it can play Command and Conquer it's all good.

Ideally as cheap as possible please. :)
