Toshiba 24WK3A63DB No Disney+ App

Not that I have Disney+ at present I went looking at what apps were listed e.g. Netflix, Prime etc but no Disney+ so when to where you can add apps and its not there.
I looked at up dates and last one was mid 2020, I tried to update but stuck at 75%.

Is there an update to get the Disney+ app on this tv which for a new tv should have had.
