X4500 hum from all speakers

Hi,

I have just got my ps5 and plugged it into my tv to run earc to my amp and I have a loud hum from all the speakers including the sub.

Whether the ps5 is plugged into the amp or the TV its still humming. I have tried running a ground wire as a test from the receiver all to a screw on a plug switch and the hum gets queiter but it's still there.

This is driving me crazy and my whole setup now is ruined and I have no idea how to fix it, is it the ps5 or the amp as I have never had this...
