Vista 20 p troubles

I have a Vista 20 p that i am servicing and im at a stand still with it. i have years of experience with dsc, napco, radionics, Dmp but not with ademco. All the doors and motions are hard wired and the windows are wireless. For the past few weeks i have been having some problems when the system is disarmed. The keypad will beep and the display says check 18. which is a wireless window sensor. customer says this same thing showed up on a few other zones. when code is entered the trouble goes...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
