Video problem with my rx-v585

Hello everyone, I’m new here, and I have a little problem with my Yamaha rx-v585. When watching a 4K movie from my LG ubk90, my rx-v585 tells me it is only in 1080p.

My 4K Blu-ray players video goes to my tv (Samsung Q80t) and audio to my v585. My tv is also connected via eARC to my v585.

Even when I watch a 4K movie on my Netflix app on the tv it’s shows 1080p

I’m not sure what I do wrong to be honest, any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
