TCL Televisions - Are they good?

My wife went to buy her parents today. She was going to get a 65” Samsung. The folks at the store told her that Samsung is not worth the money and instead recommended a brand call TCL. They said this was brand was much better than a similarly priced Samsung. They said things about TCL making the Blueberry devices and that they’re a great company.

We don’t buy televisions that often and are now unsure what to do.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
