Pass Dolby Atmos to Soundbar with no e-ARC: Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision Splitter?

Hello,

How can I play Netflix with Dolby Vision on 2016 LG OLED TV with Dolby Atmos passed on to a Samsung HW-N950 soundbar with no e-ARC support on both sides?

I've seen Dolby Vision/DolbyAtmos splitters but I am not sure if Netflix will detect my soundbar's Dolby Atmos capabilities through the splitter or not.

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
