LG TVs -- Auto or PassThru for HDMI ARC audio?
I ask the above, as my LG 49SM8500PLA TV, which I've had for about a year or so, routinely throws two hissy fits (not at the same time, from what I've noticed):
1) It flags Freeview channels as having 5.1 audio, which is wrong (ITV HD, C5HD, Talking Pictures, etc.)
2) Stuff flagged as having 5.1 audio on Amazon Video and NowTV only plays back in stereo
