Home theater subwoofer replacement

Hi all
I have two LG Active subwoofers (with the following specifications) but I am not satisfied with their power and quality.
So that if I increase the volume of the AVR to 60%, their sound will be severely distorted.

4 ohms
20 cm drive
150 watts (RMS)
300 watt (peak)
35 Hz - 200 Hz
88 dB/W (1m)

I want to replace them with another subwoofer (only one).
Which of the following is the cheapest model that can give me a better sound...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
