100x100 to 200x200 Adapter help

Hi All, I’ve got the AVF anywall ZML8350 Bracket - my new tv is 100x100 which won’t fit. Does anyone know of a VESA adapter for 100 x 100 to 200 x 200 that would work? I’ve got no idea about this so any help or tips would be a huge help. Thanks everyone :)

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
