Looking for new tv 2k budget

Looking for the best tv for around 2000. Having to replace my 2 year old LG OLED due to pretty bad screen burn. Due to my kids watching you tube and one of them in particular leaving still images on the screen. Both Richer Sounds and LG weren’t much use to me and I would prefer to take my business elsewhere. I have Sky Q, Sonos Beam, 4K Apple TV connected and will eventually replace PS4 with PS5 when possible. Can anyone advise me on this one, forgot to add looking for a 65 inch screen. from AVForums https://ift.tt/3ja6xWn

Using TV as gaming monitor

Hi folks, I have recently put a 1660super in to my old pc. Today, I've connected it up to my Sony 65 XG95 and I'm getting 1080p 120hz or 1440p 60hz.......so far so good. But I've no sound!! I have it connected via HDMI. TV is eArc'd to JBL 9.1. Any ideas how to get around this? In my sound options I'm only getting nVidea options and they're greyed out as they are not cable connected!! A bit stumped...... Thanks for any help. from AVForums https://ift.tt/3iaPHoV

BBC, Value for money?

For decades I paid the licence fee and thought nothing of it. Then due to my advancing age I got a free TV licence. Having agreed to fund this in exchange for more cash, the BBC have reneged on this deaL, as they say they can't afford it. Well they won't will they? Not if as they did. carry on recruiting staff, failing to strip unnecessary layers of senior management and carried on paying silly money to the favoured few, or more likely many. to present sometimes, some pretty dire cheap to... Spiderhead (TBC) Netflix

No, not another Spider-Man spin off, but the latest big budget Netflix project, this time from director Joseph Kosinski. After Tron Legacy and Oblivion (not to mention the upcoming Top Gun 2), anything he's involved in is of interest. He's assembled a trio of leads in Chris Hemsworth, Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett. The premise sees prisoners offered the chance to reduce their sentencing if they agree to use emotion altering drugs. It's base on a George Sanders short story. [URL... Another Burn In Warning

We purchased our 65" LG OLED in March 2017. Within 2 years we began to see signs of burn-in primarily caused by the various news stations and their info boxes. Now, after about 3 years the burn-in has become very significant. One expects a $2500 TV to function properly for many years but this set will soon need to be replaced. No way will buy another LG OLED TV since the burn-in problem has not been solved. OLED refuses to cover it under a decent warranty and their solution is to keep... Apart from the 'show off the stuff you bought' thread, where lots of people seem to be buying Lego, I couldn't find a dedicated Lego thread. I 'played' with Lego town sets as a kid and also had some of the early Technic sets. I guess I no longer play with it - rather I collect it and display the models. My X6700 is arriving tomorrow! It's my first Denon product, I'm looking forward to having a play about with all the settings. It looks like the manual isn't available on the UK Denon website, so hopefully there's no significant differences (except FM/AM radio) between the UK and US versions.
