Virgin V6 2160p issues with HDAnywhere MHUB4K431

I wonder if you can help!

I have a Virgin Tivo V6 box along with an HDAnywhere MHUB4K431 - when attempting to force the V6 to output at 2160p to the HDAnywhere it fails. When I attempt to use the "Test Format" options, I can use everything (576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 2160 Passthrough) apart from 2160p. I am unable to use 2160p Passthrough unless 1080p is selected. What iss "2160p Passthrough"? When watching BT Sport Ultimate (a 4K Channel) the TV still reads the incoming...

Is this build ok?
