I've been trying to set up OpenVPN which is a free open source VPN. I cannot set it up, can anybody help please?

I would be really grateful if someone could just quickly check this build and give there opinion on it Gpu, power supply and ram I’m rolling over from current build, single 120mm fan is for replacing rear case fan, front case fans will be replaced by 280 rad. Selection has been based on low fan noise. 120mm be quiet!
