I have to say I'm really impressed with the service received from BK. I had a small issue with my B XLS200FF, where is rattled when the gain was high.
I contacted them via email, we had a few emails go back and forth (they always replied on the same day) to diagnose the issue. We then decided it was best to send the sub in.
They received the sub this morning, by this afternoon they have tested the sub, fixed the issue (loose washer), they also checked the amp and power capacitors and...
