Sound Bar to Sky and Xbox

I have just purchased a Sony Bravia KD-55XG7003BU Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV and I am struggling to set it up so that my sound is played through my JBL Cinema Base sound bar.

I currently have the TV connected to my Xbox and Sky Q box via HDMi cables. Then an optical lead from my Sky Q box to my sound bar.

I cannot control the sound bar sound with my Sky remote. I have to turn the TV volume down to zero and control the sound with my sound bar remote. When I use my Xbox I have to use the...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell.
