Samsung tv TU8000 - How to enable hands free Alexa Communication

Hey Guys, Just got a Samsung TV TU8000. With regards to using Alexa, it says "To speak to Alexa press and hold the "mic icon" on your remote control. If you have hands-free enabled, just say "Alexa".

Where do I enable "hands free"? I've looked everywhere and I cannot find how to do that!

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
