Remote zoom - Panasonic HC-VX870EB-K

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping you can help me out. I purchased the above camcorder last year and use it for planespotting. I have recently purchased a tripod to record smoother footage and it’s great, but I can’t use the tripod and zoom at the same time all while chasing a plane! It’s too difficult.

I’m looking for a remote zoom much like the one in the link below but I don’t know if it is compatible? If not, is there something similar at around the same price mark? They all seem to be 2.5mm...
