New (first) 65 inch TV

Hi all, new joiner here looking to educate myself on getting a good value TV from a whittled down selection which I'm hoping you can help me choose the best from. Ideally would have wanted the Hisense Roku 65 inch but has been out of stock for a while on Argos and has gone up from 449 to 549 (yet still out of stock!). The XF9005 is out of my price range currently due to cash flow so have narrowed it down to the following:

XG700 (KD65XG7002ABU) - 781
XG700 (KD65XF7003BU) - 1127
