LG C9 Not Recognized as 4K by Xbox One X

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an LG C9 OLED TV. When I connect my Xbox One X via the HDMI cable that came with the system, it is not showing 4K output as an option. In the Display section of the settings on the Xbox, the resolution only goes up to 1440p. When I go into the advanced options, and select the checkbox to enable 4K output, it pauses for a second and then tells me the TV is reporting that it doesn't support 4K.
