HP PAVILION LAPTOP NOT TURNING ON

Hi

I have a Hp Pavilion Laptop, model no: 15-cc598na.

It is not switching on (Not turning on) when I press power button.

Laptop was working fine. I wanted to upgrade the memory. so open the back panel and
add new memory module. Now it doesn't want start. I also removed add memory module.
still doesn't want to start.
I google for the solution. people say to removed battery and power cable
and then press power for one minute to drain static charge. but no luck.
