Computer keeps freezing!!!

Hi, I have been having an issue with my computer for a few weeks that it keeps freezing. It doesn't have any sort of pattern to when it crashes it could be after 1 hour or 10 hours & there isn't a pattern with it crashing when i'm doing something specific as it has crashed when gaming or just general browsing on the internet. I don't receive any sort of error message/blue screen, the screen just freezes on whatever i have up and the computer wont do anything until i press and hold the power...
