Need help with Yamaha RX-V381 Receiver

For some reason, video playback for my receiver is only working for my DirecTV box (set top box). It works fine in any of the 4 HDMI input ports. However, when I plug in any other device like my Roku, I'm only getting audio from the speakers. The receiver is recognizing the Roku device, but the word "out" is blinking, indicating a possible issue with the output? There's no issues with the Roku; it works fine when connected directly to the TV.

Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
