Long time lurker, first time poster here. Finally was able to save up and put some dough towards the beginners hi-fi system.

Don’t have a dedicated listening room so using main living room space as dual purpose home theater and audio. 50/50 usage estimated. The room acoustics include Hardwood Floors, 8 1/2 foot ceiling, speaker depth listening approximately 8-9 feet back, tower speakers flanking fireplace approximately 6 ft.
