Q acoustics

Evening all. I think I’ve done the in speakable and damaged my 3050 q Acoustics. They sound all muffled. I had it cranked right up a little while ago and noticed it then but forgot all about it until tonight.
Any advice please??

I need a little guidance and hope its something simple that I’ve missed but the short version.... I have a Naim NDX streamer that occasionally suffers from Tidal playlists stopping (there are numerous threads dotted around the internet discussing the possible causes).
