Newbie Plex server help

Hi, I have the following and wanted to ask for advice on what people would do to run a Plex server.
5TB passport drive
2 x 2TB external hard drives
And old PC that I could possibly use (3GB ram) as a media server

Basically I have little experience of this - I have setup plex servers on a laptop and PC. My goal is to create a media server that can send HD video and audio (mp3 will suffice) throughout my house and possibly remotely when I'm out.

Can somebody please advise as to what...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
