Help? What TV is the absolute best for under $4,000

First let me say that by best I mean the best picture quality, black being true black, best colors (not just store settings, but true movie look, and true life like depending on what we are watching a show or a movie) - saying 8K is the best or 16k might be true, but not truly practical currently, and if i am buying towards the future, will 8K only be prevalent so far ahead of now that i would buy another tv so waiting for tech to catch up to what the tv can do now is more practical? Not...

Hi, I'm new here. I've just sold my Arcam FMJ P7 to a great guy who is on these forums. So I now have my Arcam FMJ AV9 pre-amp to sell. This has been a great processor for me, and I can honestly be thankful to it for revealing subtle elements on recordings that no other pre-amp has given me.
