Fractured ribs!

Hi all

I collapsed just before Christmas and landed on the side of my bath fracturing 3 ribs in 6 places.

Any one have any tips on speeding recovering from such injuries please....

TV pixelating issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as this issue has be baffled. So my TV has pixel flashes they seem to be an equidistant and random colours (They are constantly there but flash different colours). This happens when connected to my Virgin box and other sources with no media input attached. Yet... When i attach my laptop to the TV, there is no issue whatsoever!
